A gentle cleanser and water are all you need. Fill a bowl with warm water (away from the sink to prevent earrings or backs from going down the drain), add a small amount of cleanser, and gently clean with a soft toothbrush.

Shipping

All earrings are handcrafted and ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking update once your shipping label is created, with movement beginning after the carrier scans your package. If you have any concerns after delivery, we’re happy to help.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours so we can make it right.
