Getting started is simple. Once you enroll, one new pair of earrings will be delivered each month, selected for easy, everyday wear.

Our earrings are made using durable materials chosen with sensitive ears in mind, including stainless steel components, nickel-free finishes, and gold-plated details. Many styles are also suitable for daily activities and regular wear.

Subscriptions are fully flexible. You can make changes, pause deliveries, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make major changes. We may be able to help with small updates, like a shipping address change, if you contact us quickly, but order modifications aren’t guaranteed.

Orders are sent using USPS and are typically prepared for shipment within two business days, excluding weekends. Once your package is dropped off, tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear in the USPS system.
